Please be aware we have made our very best effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos of items, we have done our best to display as accurate as possible the colours of the products shown on the wholesalefloristdirect.co.uk website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your viewing devices, we cannot guarantee that your certain viewing devices display of any colour will be accurate. wholesalefloristdirect.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.

Please be aware that wholesale florist direct is also a cash and carry, therefore if staff are busy with customers or the phone in the warehouse it may delay your order, All items are subject to availability, as there is a delay between the time in which your order is placed and then the accepted stock levels are liable to change within this time. If this should happen and an item is out of stock, we will inform you straight away and you will not be charged.

Price, Payment And Delivery

All orders must be paid for in full by Credit or Debit card.

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If in the unfortunate circumstance you receive your goods and they are damaged or not what you expected, you must notify us within 48hrs and you may then return them to us and once we have received them will give you a full refund for the goods only, not any delivery charges.

We try to aim for a 3 working day delivery, but this can change due to bank holidays and weekends.

We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance before your order can be dispatched unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate.

Returns

In the unfortunate situation you wish to return an item you have purchased please email us at wholesalefloristdirect@gmail.com or give us a call on 01473 272300 so we can discuss this with yourselves.


We will give a full refund on any unsuitable good returned to us within seven days of receipt. please put this in an email to us of your intentions to return any goods prior to actually returning said goods.


Goods must be returned in original unopened packaging and return postage costs will be at your own expense. this does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims

The carriers must be notified at the time of delivery, of any goods received damaged.
Damage to postal deliveries must be reported to wholesale florist direct within 48hrs of receipt it should be noted that we are not insured with couriers for sending glass or ceramics

Secure Payments

All payment card details are entered on a secure webpage. All transactions are made using a 3D Secure, hosted payment gateway. Wholesale Florists Direct Ltd does not store your card details, nor do we have access to that information.
